The title was the first thing which made me curious and if you read the book , he explains the reason for it. As for the story, what a man, you cannot fail to be drawn in, I sometimes felt I was there with him, I honestly did not want to put this book down, some of his anecdotes are absolutely hilarious, Frank spencer, springs to mind many times, but he deserves every accolade and more for his storytelling abilities, he is a superstar who has worked so hard in ... Parcel arrived safely tied with string, strange title! The title was the code sent my Micheal's mother in a telegraph ( remember those ) to donate the arrival boy. This book is the biography of Micheal Crawford, if the author had remained annonyamous you could still have guessed the writer from the gentle humour in the style of writing. An idyallic childhood lead into a series of chances that Micheal grabbed with both hands & turned to his advantage bringing us the joys of Some mother do have em & his brilliant portrayal of the Phantom, in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera. Highs & lows of Micheals life are all written in a ... Read the complete review
