Ok, I think I’m addicted to Self Help books. Is there a 12 step program for that?? My favorite personal growth author has done it again. This book proposes that the solutions to our personal and planetary crises are within each one of us and really are within our reach. Seems like a very broad thing to say but makes sense. If we were all happier more balanced individuals there would be less conflict and sadness in the world.
