Advantages: Great books
Disadvantages: none
This author has got to be my favourite because of all the books that I have ever read, this guy has made made me stay up for a large portion of the night to either finish or read more of his books. If you have ever read any of his books then you will know that his books make you read fast because you are concentrating on the book. I first read a book of his when I went on holiday. I was at the airport looking for a good book to read when I am sunbathing. I saw the front of 'Jack and Jill' and I thought that it looked good so I looked at the blurb and that made me want to buy it. When I started reading it I got straight into it. It was exciting from the first chapter. I soon finished the whole book and I thought that it was brilliant. I looked all around to find another one of his books but they wearn't in Tenerife. I gave the book for my mum and dad to read while they were there and they both said that it was a good book. I got home and went straight to WHS to see if any of his books were there and when I found them all it took me a while to choose which one I wanted to read. I found 'Along Came A Spider' and I thought that I would read that. Sincew I have had this book it has took me one week to read it. I have been up every night to read it all. I have finally finished it and it is so good. James Patterson thinks of very complex stories. In the books that I have read he has thought of very brilliant ways for the criminals to do things and also very clever ways for the detective Alex Cross to catch them. I will definately be reading more of his books and I recommend anyone who likes crime/thriller stories.

- 15/12/00 I also agree with this opinion. I recently began to read the much awaited 'Cat and Mouse' and i could not put the book down. I lost hours of sleep because of this.
James Pattison has a particular way of writing which attracts me because he lets you see into the mind of his characters. |
