The rhymes that are used are gentle and repetitive, ensuring that baby/young child enjoys every minute of this loveable book. The book also helps to promote equality and div...more

From a practical, parenting point of view this book is excellent - wipe clean and very hardy! Another reason why this book is so pleasing is that it runs through the day-to-day routine/activities that babies and young children go through, such as hiding behind toys, splashing and playing in the bath and of course...the best bit of the day (for parents anyway!) being snuggled up all cosy in bed. Peepo baby is a cardboard book so will be hardy enough for young children, it has 22 pages, is published by campbell books and we got ours free from the book start company at our library. This book is ideal for young children as the flaps in the book are large and made of cardboard so wont damage easily, you lift the flaps as you go through the book to reveal who is hiding behind the toy, peering through the window, playing in the bath and in bed. The book is beautifully illistrated with large colourful pictures to keep very youg childrens attention, there is a fun rhyme to accompany eah picture which is great fun for parents and ...  Read the complete review

'Peepo Baby!' is a lovely little board book aimed at very young children. The cover depicts three children and a kitten peeking from behind a push-along walker filled with building blocks. Just below the picture is stated 'Big flaps for little babies to turn!' Within the book, each page has a flap for baby to turn over in order to reveal something which is hidden. The first page for example says 'Who's behind my big blue car?' and as we turn over a flap which ...  Read the complete review
