Perspectives in Sociology - E.C Cuff, W.W Sharrock and D.W Francis This book focuses on the theoretical perspectives of sociology and criminology from the philosophers and sociologists that made a major contribution to sociology. Although this book is now in it's fifth edition, I have an old edition published in 1998. Normally I would buy the most up to date edition. However as this book is focusing on theorectical concepts that remain the same like symbolic interactionism, it isn't necessary to get the newer edition.
