This useful cookbook is written by Lizzie Vann, founder of the Baby Organix range of babyfood. It explains her philosophy, and gives clear reasons as to why organic food is good for your child. The message behind the book is to keep food simple and enjoyable, and to be aware of how it is produced, and where it comes from. It has six sections. The first explains ideas behind the organic principle, and gives an overview of how food is produced, and how it affects the health of children.
