Eleven on Top - Janet Evanovich

Premium Review Eleven On Top? Wow (669 words)
by Sarahjh - written on 07/03/09 (Very useful, 115 readings)
Rating:

storyline moves along at the speed of a Grand Prix. Janet Evanovich has thought the plot through well and as per usual Stephanie is her usual chaotic but charismatic self! Although there are tensions they are offset by laughter as the storyline twists and turns. The two men in her life couldn t be more different, how come the bad guys are always so darned attractive??!! Love the story? It is adorable, weird, funny, puzzling and fast! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I managed to buy a used copy from Amazon for 1p plus postage but you can get one in new condition for around as little as 25p. A giggle of a book that is well worth a ...

Premium Review "He's old, and he kills people, and he's dating ... (441 words)

I just discovered the wonders of the Stephanie Plum novels last fall. And managed to get my mom hooked on them. Happy day. Perhaps I should thank Entertainment Weekly for that since the first Stephanie Plum novel I read their review on was.. none other than Seven Up! (Good thing I rememebred the books later) In any case, this series is hilarious, with characters that border between hilariously realistic and "I wish there were people like this in real life." This, of course, is the seventh book in the numbered series. Big-haired, motor-mouthed bounty hunter from hell- Jersey girl Stephanie Plum, born and raised in the 'Burg- is after old Eddie ...
