A while ago, I bought my son a set of Postman Pat books, and set to read them to him one at a time night after night at bedtime. He loves them. The books themselves are lovely. They are in hardback and are the sort of book you feel like you should take good care of. The Postman Pat books were originally written by John Cunliffe, and while he still writes the stories, the pictures are taken from the TV series, which is a more 3D affair than I was used to when I was a kid. ***The Background*** The original writer of this story is John Cunliffe but it was written for the television series and the artwork is taken from the Woodland Animations team.
