Five years ago I was sent the link to the website www.postsecret.blogspot.com by a friend and although over these 5 years I've lost touch with the friend I've never stopped checking post secret (althought it's changed a lot over that time.) Frank Warren (the projects created) created the site for strangers to create and post anon postcards containing their darkest secrets. Each Sunday he posts new ones, they can shock me, they can make me laugh and some are even scarily on the head. But every week there's a least one or two I save to my file in order to look back on. Since I first discovered the post secret website, I have been addicted to reading people's secrets. When I found out there had been a post secret book released I had to buy it immediately. Post secret by Frank Warren doesn't disappoint, it has the same sincerity as the website. And includes the same heartwarming secrets. The secrets show human nature at it's best, showing the truth of people's lives and feelings. It all began with an idea Frank Warren had for an art project.
