Professional Active Server Pages 3.0 - Alex Homer

This book like it's companion Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0 is a huge book. I have found it far more use as a reference guide and couldn't read it cover to cover like I did with Beginning ASP 3.0 . It is definitely aimed at the professional pragrammer and goes into a great deal of depth on the whole subject of ASP. It starts out by briefly going over the fundamentals, which I found were covered far more comprehensively in BASP, but soon gets stuck in to more complicated issues. If you are an accomplished ASP programmer then for reference this is the book for you. Beginners should definitely start with BASP, for everyone else I find both books ...  Read the complete review
