"Advanced Banter: The QI Book of Quotations" is a bit of a hard thing to review. It is a reference book, and as such has no plot and little discernable structure to describe - and books without plots or with little discernable structure are very difficult to discuss without making them sound deathly boring. But deathly boring is one thing this book is not, and I will do my best to try and convey how charmingly wonderful it really is. As the title suggests, it is indeed a book of quotations.
