I decided to get my daughter some books to read at home, to help her with her reading as the school holidays where coming up. I didnt want her to fall behind with what she had already learned at school. I had a search through a few websites to see what books they had to help promote reading and i decided to go with the Oxford Read at Home book set, with a zip lock bag. I got mine off Redhouse, for £12.99 with free delivery. Which i found was a real bargin, as this set on other websites had come up at over £40. My son is not a strong reader and it is only in the last month or so that a lot of words have finally clicked into place with him and he has started to read more fluently. The Book People were selling this set of books for £10 through my daughter's pre-school and I jumped at the chance to buy them in order to help my son feel more confident with his reading abilities and to improve the strengths he has finally found and make his reading more acceptable for his age group.
