The problem with S. D Perry's books is that you simply can't stop reading when you've started. Zero Hour was the last Resident Evil novel Perry wrote, and yet the events of Zero Hour, as fans will know, begin before the original Resident Evil appeared. Resident Evil Zero follows the STARS Bravo team, who begin their search for those responsible for the murders that have been plaguing Raccoon City. The openings chapters follow Rebecca Chambers, the nervous and youthful Bravo's medic.
