Advantages: Fun, easy to follow science fiction

This novel starts where the Hitch hikers Guide to the Galaxy stopped. The Restaurant at the End of the Universe is an exclusive place that offers its patrons a unique entertainment. Each evening it passes the end of time again!

Arthur Dent, Ford Prefect and Zaphod Beeblebrox are the main characters (from the Hitch Hikers Guide).They are treated to this mind blowing experience. There are some very funny bits in this novel as well. The names of the characters give a clue there!

This particular novel seems to be more structured than the previous one in the series. Douglas Adams writes as though he knows exactly what is going to happen in this one (unlike the previous one.)

I often find that some science fiction is dificult to follow as I am not a fan of the genre but this was most enjoyable and you don't have to be a 'sci-fi buff' to appreciate it.
