Ever wondered what books Garion was reading and why he did the things he did, well look no further its all here. I had to buy this book, well I had the rest, and I read it in a day. It is quite an intense read but it delves so deep and gives such a great background to all those little intricacies. If you enjoy the way Eddings writes you will love this book, but be ready to study. Cross referencies would have been useful, I spent about two weeks doing it myself and it does help. I feel like I know all the characters inside out and back to front. Good to get. Read the complete review
