-Plot- It is 1824. Penelope Featherington is 28 and unmarried. Colin Bridgerton is 33 and finding that there's something missing in his life. Penelope has been in love with Colin, her best friends brother, for over a decade but has come to terms with the fact that he will never feel the same.
