I hate diets. I hate counting calories. I hate excluding carbohydrates. I hate eating fruit and veg all day. I hate cutting out dairy and wheat and i especially hate missing out on my Friday night drink after a long, hard week at work.

Enter Rosemary Conley. This woman is an angel. No longer do i have to count anything, i simply open the book, chose from a wide and extensive menu which includes ready meals and soups for hard working, no time types like me and hey presto.

Rosemary's diet is based on healthy and sensible eating. Filling up on vegetables instead of snacks. Everything in moderation appears to be her motto, which everyone knows is true, but if you are like me it is still hard to stick to.

Ms Conley's diet allows you that odd glass of wine and sweet treat without making you feel guilty. In fact sometimes i have to pinch myself to confirm that i haven't cheated.

Now, exercise. Yes i know we all hate exercise but the exercises in Rosemary's book focus on toning the stomach and they do not take long to do. Even i fit them into my schedule and i'm the girl that eats on the way to the car because i don't have time to stop.

I have lost a stone on this diet and carry aound the book as a bible. I would recommend the diet to anyone.
