The Royal Horticultural Society Encyclopedia of Herbs and their Uses. What a huge title - what a huge book! The R.H.S (I'm not spelling all that out again!) have printed so many good books on gardening that seem to be well renowned around the the world. This book on herbs is no exception. My copy is now quite a few years old and the pages are well thumbed from use. I find it useful and practical both for cooking and for health reasons. Basically, it is split into 6 sections.
