Advantages: facts about ryainair
Disadvantages: some info about other airlines out of date
**You would think i would be put off but i'm not**
My friend bought this book on a Ryainair flight to Dublin drawn by the sticker on the front which stated that the book was only 0.01 euros excluding fees and charges. For those of you that have never flown with Ryainair it is exactly what they do-quote 1 price in big letters and then underneath mention taxes..
**Cover**
The cover has a picture of the author of the book -Paul Kilduff and he has a sign saying "How to be treated like shite in 15 different countries...and still quite like it.I would say that this rather harsh thinking of my personal experience with Ryainair ,but reading this book i would say it is fair enough.
**Chapters/sections**
All the chapters in the book are that small i don't really think of them as chapters-they are more like sections. The book is only 348 pages but had 54 "chapters"
Most of them are about different Ryainair destinations but there are a few which talk about other low cost airlines and how they compare to Ryainair. Some of these are not even relevant any more as the airlines that are talked about no longer exist.
As you can tell by the name of the book it also mentions a few horror stories, none of which i have experienced and it gives you background information on the company.
In all i think that you get what you pay for - earlier this year i paid 4 pence !! for a return flight to Belfast (including all taxes and fees).I don't expect good service for that.
