well crafted, richly detailed and imagined, hard to put down
Cuckoo's Egg begs for further resoluton in a second book
Gone Tomorrow - Lee Child
Toning down of the superhuman abilities..
..but not quite enough just yet.
When She Was Bad - Jonathan Nasaw
Well-written, good character descriptions, involving
The end wasn't to my liking
Men of the Otherworld - Kelley Armstrong
Pacy plot, well written, interesting characters.
Rainbow Magic: Amber the Orange Fairy - Daisy Meadows
helps build confidence with reading on their own
None
Closer Still - Jo Bannister
Super novel, lots of contrasting themes, great characters.
It ended.
Civil War: Thunderbolts - Fabian Nicieza
A convoluted tale of intrigue and double-crossing
Far too involved for a 'jump in' reader and only of limited interest in the Civil War
First Light - Geoffrey Wellum
A moving personal account of a true hero. Easy, conversational style.
If I'm being very picky, it "only" covers his combat experiences.
Trumpet - Jackie Kay
Interesting, confronting thought-provoking issues
None, but this isn't really light reading if that's what you are looking for.
