The Collins Gem - SAS Fitness Guide is a superb, pocket sized guide to getting yourself very fit and/or losing weight. It includes lots of information on safe warming up/excercising, excercise routines, healthy eating, cooking, calorie/fat watching, ways to incorporate it into your daily life and general fitness tips. It's written by Barry Davies, an accomplished writer and ex-SAS (Special Air Service) soldier of 18 years. If anyone knows about physical fitness and hard work, it's an SAS soldier.
