The main one being it is a busmans holiday for the board members and they have to finish a big deal they are working on whilst on holiday with their wives. From the description of the holiday I would have loved it. Savages by Shirley Conran is a must read if you can find it. A truely great read, a story that keeps you transfixed all the way through the book. I for one did not want to put it down the first time I read it and even the second time, after which some time had elapsed I found it a great story and enjoyed it again. The story is about a high flying company and its members. The main players are the members of the board and their wives. Without giving too much away they get invited to an Island retreat for a holiday, but as always with these kind of things being a high profile business there are catches.
