As a Parent, bedtime for your children can either be the most dreaded or most favoured time of the day. If your lucky enough to have a child who has always skipped merrily up the stairs to slumber, or, like most of us, have been through various battles and routines to achieve this serene, dreamy, relaxing time with your child, then possibly like me you really enjoy spending this period of calm with your child before they drift off.
