Scorpia is the last book in the Alex Rider set of books. The fifth book tells Alex the truth what he has been seeking all his life. Anthony Horowitz ALex Rider have made teenage boys across globe want to read and dream about being the next James Bond. Horowitz has won many awards for his work. Scorpia follows on from the previous books and starts with Alex on a school trip in Venice. After the last book Alex is searching for a secret organistaion called Scorpia. "Scorpia" is Alex Rider's most personal adventure yet, and this time, involving MI6 is the last thing he wants to do. Acting upon the last words of his apparent enemy, Yassen Gregorovich, he goes to Venice to find out if his father really was an assassin. Alex wants to follow his destiny, and soon he finds himself with a momentous decision to make - rejoin MI6 who have misled and betrayed him, or join Scorpia and get his revenge? This book is the one which made me think the most, and this is mainly what I loved about it.
