About this book: Jeanette Orrey is a former school dinner lady. She promotes using fresh local produce to deliver healthy nutrious food to children. No fast food or precooked anything here. This is Jeanette's second dinner lady book. Target Audience: The book is aimed at families with children. My opinion: As I had the first book I couldn't wait to get my hands on this 2nd edition. There is less forward information but still 108 pages to get through before the 1st recipe! With advice on how to shop and the importance of eating family meals together.
