Dear Jenny, I first became aware of your book "The Serial Killer Letters" after seeing your appearance as a guest on the Montel Williams Show. Montel has always struck me as being one of the more intelligent American chat show hosts - if such a thing exists - and I was amazed at the way he treated you.
