Back in 2006, I read Extreme - Sharon Osbourne's autobiography. I really enjoyed it, so when I heard she had a second book out - Survivor - I borrowed it from the library and finished it last night. I think most people know who Sharon Osbourne is. As well as being the wife of Black Sabbath star Ozzy and mother of actress and singer Kelly, Sharon Osbourne is well-known in her own right, especially in the UK for her part on the judging panel of The X Factor. I wouldn't say I particularly like Sharon, but I have to admire the things she has achieved. I found Extreme to be quite shocking in parts, but overall, it was definitely a page-turner. Survivor ... I would like to say a massive thankyou to Santa for putting this is my stocking this Christmas. This is the second installment from Mrs Osbourne titled Survivor and I would have to say that there could not have possibly been a better title for her book. I read her first book, Extreme and was very suprised to learn about her life and the way she had been bought up and all the crap that has happened to her. From reading the first book I was very keen to get reading this installment. SHARON Sharon Alden was born in London in 1952. She later met and married Ozzy Osbourne. Christmas 2005, Sharon Osbourne's autobiography covering her tumultuous and tempestuous relationships has been launched in time for Christmas and has gone down a storm, becoming the UK's number 1 book. I got this from the library over the Christmas holidays and found it so engrossing that I finished reading this in 3 days. Yes, it was that good. Fast forward 2 years and the second instalment in Sharon's life is penned and released for the public. After the greatness of the first one, I wanted to buy this book on the strength of the first book. Sharon Osbourne 'Survivor' is the second autobiography brought out by Mrs O. It charts her life from the conclusion of the first autobiography which was entitled Extreme. Survivor was published in October 2007. This book was published in hardback by Little Brown Book Group (UK) The book has 304 pages There are also 24 printed pictures of Sharon and her family throughout the book.
