This is not really a good book for someone with just a passing interest in mixing drinks. Before the book starts it gives an enormous amount necessary equipment and paraphernalia that it claims is "just the basics" but much of this stuff you wouldn't even find in most popular clubs and bars.

Shooter Cocktail Book: Stimulating Shots With a Kick is a book boasting easy to follow recipes for making shooters and cocktails. It gives straightforward summaries of how to mix and shake such favourites as Banana Bombers, Toffee Splits, Sangritas and B-52s. The book is just under a hundred pages long and has a recipe contained on each two, one with directions, another showing the finished product.
