This book came to my attention a couple of years ago when I saw a picture of Victoria Beckham queuing to buy a copy in a bookshop in LA. I needed to lose a couple of stone, therefore diet books were my thing at the time and I couldn't pass up one that had practically been endorsed by Posh! I wasn't alone in that view either.
