This book is the 3rd book in the Demonata series. I have just looked at my 2 reviews on the second and first books of this series, and I am surprised at how rubbish those reviews actually are. It just goes to show that I am actually improving on my reviews. I've been meaning to finish this series off, but Darren Shan keeps on making more and more books in the series, and I so cannot catch up. But I am trying. I got this book, along with the next 2 books, from the scholastic catalogue. I got all 3 of them for only £6.99 which is well worth it considering each book is £5.99 in the shops. Slawter originally pencilled in as 'Demon Town' sees the return of a familiar character in Grubbs Grady. Grubs' sister was destined to turn into a werewolf, the cure led to dealings with a demon master called Lord Loss. After Grubbs' parents lost in the deal they made with Lord loss, they were killed. This is the third book in the demonata sage. It however is the fourth chronologically. This is the direct sequel to the first book with Grubbs Grady retuning as the hero of the story! This series uses 3 protagonists that even though all will come to know each other in the earlier books they are separated by time. I would probably call Grubbs the main hero as it is he that features in not only the first book but the majority of the books from the seven that have already been released. There will be a total of 10! At the end of the first book Grubbs has learnt many things. He knows there is a curse on his family where by they may become werewolves. He also knows ...
