As Dave and I are currently following the Slimming World eating plan and so I decided to treat myself to the Slimming World Free Foods book. I initially bought it because I thought it would explain the diet and tell me all the foods that I needed to eat but of course the information is limited as they want you to join the classes and pay the fee ...
