I bought my copy of Slimming worlds 30-minute meals as when I first joined slimming world a few months ago. I am not going to explain how slimming world works in any detail as that is another review! However briefly, slimming world works by helping you to follow a healthy eating plan. Each day you can choose to follow either a green menu, where you can eat unlimited amounts of pasta, rice, pulses and potatoes, or a red menu which allows unlimited amounts of fish, meat and chicken.
