The book will definitely surprise anybody that is new at 'slow cooking' I was given my new slow cooker as a present so went searching for this book online, and decided to buy for a bargain £5. I use my slow cooker quite a lot , I find it useful on busy days stick everything in at breakfast time then when you get home its all cooked and ready to eat .
