Wolf brother by Michelle Paver When my friend recommended me read this I thought not to expect much but from the first page I was engrossed in a world of friends, family and fight. This book provided a world I could escape to with an interesting character list this book will not disappoint. Michelle Paver was born in central Africa but came to England as a child. After gaining a degree in Biochemistry from Oxford university she went on to become a partner in a city law firm but gave that up to write full time. Wolf Brother is the first in the Chronicles Of Ancient Darkness and was first published in 2004. The story follows Torak, a young boy of 12, living in ...

When his father reveals the bear is demon possessed and pushes Torak to swear he will undertake a journey to the mountain of the World Spirit, Torak is left ...

Outcast by Michelle Paver. Having read the first three in the series as soon as this one came out I raced through it and was amazed. I had enjoyed Soul Eater so much I didn t think anything could better it. But this does. From the first page I found myself in a world of friendship, survival and the need to belong. This book, like the others, doesn t disappoint. Michelle Paver was born in central Africa but came to England as a child.
