Advantages: Still a good book

Disadvantages: Focus is not on the main characters

This is the fifth book in Terry Goodkinds epic. It has the same good writing techniques but unfortunately a lot of the book is focused away from the characters we have come to know, but focuses on a small country in the Midlands where the new character we meet can be seen as adding to the story, but due to the ending not the epic as a whole. It would also be intresting to find out where Nathan has gone which still remains a mystery in this book


This book may have been better as a stand-alone book, rather than trying to be part of the saga. We can only hope that the next book will bring the focus back to the main story.
