Advantages: Imaginative and Compelling Storylines

Disadvantages: Having To Wait About A year For The Next Book To Come Out!

This book is the latest offering by the intriguingly imaginative author Terry Goodkind. As an avid fan of any literature containing wizards, dragons and stacks of fire and brimstone, I would say to fellow readers of the excellent "Sword of Truth" series, that this book, in my opinion, has definitely picked up the pace somewhat, and is beginning to pull in more loose threads regarding the major characters and story lines. I would agree with earlier opinions that the previous book "Soul of the Fire", was starting to digress from the main storyline to a point that I felt that I was "losing the plot" somewhat, and with so many sub plots happening it wasn't a good idea to put the book down for too many days! However, the cunning plan is now back on track and everything that has gone before is beginning to make sense,(even to me!)....but a word of warning, make sure that you've read all the previous books first!
