Toning down of the superhuman abilities.. ..but not quite enough just yet.

Pacy plot, well written, interesting characters.

Civil War: Thunderbolts - Fabian Nicieza
A convoluted tale of intrigue and double-crossing Far too involved for a 'jump in' reader and only of limited interest in the Civil War
