I must say that I bought this book over the other books on juicing purely because of its appearance. It is funky and colorful and looks great on my kitchen bookshelf. I have been a believer in fresh fruit and vegetable juice for many years now and make my own with a juice extractor. Fresh juice has been popular in North America for many years and when I moved to the UK from Canada I was surprised at the lack of Juice Bars (now popping up everwhere).
