Supernanny either love her or hate her, but she does know what she is talking about. Most people have heard of Supernanny aka (Jo Frost), unless you live in a cave. Jo Frost started off as Supernanny about 8 years ago where she went into peoples house and helped families with children who had various behaviuoral problems e.g. temper tantrums, sleep problems, not eating, running off etc (we have all been there). Jo has now brought out a few different books offering advice and tips to parents.
