... Major, not a difficult key, but there are quite a lot of high register notes, mainly D's that take a bit of getting, especially as they are often in a run of quavers and semi quavers. Degree of difficulty is around grade 5, the high notes are quite tricky, actually sounds quite good when mastered. Take the Lead - 90's Hits This book contains 8 songs of sheet music and also has, attached to the inside front cover a 'backing track' cd. It is for Alto Saxophone players. The book can be purchased for around £10 depending on where you shop. One of the hardest things for any musical instrument player to master is learning to play with others, coming in and stopping at the right time, listening for pitch etc. These sort of books that contain both the sheet music and backing track cd's are becoming more popular as they allow the player to learn a piece, listen to a piece, then play along with the piece.
