Advantages: very exciting , you will love these books

Disadvantages: I can't think of any

I have just finished reading this book after reading the whole of the belgariad, the Malloreon, and the elenium before it. It was another great story to continue on from the Elenium where Sparhawk knight and his friends fought against the evil that was trying to take over their world. The book i read was a completion of all three books, Domes of fire, The shining ones and The hidden city, it was another great series of books that i found very hard to put down once i started reading this series i could imagine the people that were in the book what they were wearing, what their surroundings were like what each character was like. It was a exciting read, they go off on anouther one of their war addventures where they encounter all sorts of creatures and different races of people.

Sparhawk Knight is called to a land where they need his help from the old legands of long gone races that have started to appear and the creatures which they thought never exsisted start to cause havoc for this other empire. They have heard of how he already defeated the god azash in his own land and now call for his help. They do not realize that it is a trap to make him bring the precious stone Bhelliom to this land so that it can be stolen from him. T he book follows their adventure from making comrades with the trolls and finding out who the shining ones rearly are and gaining their help in order to fight this new evil.

I think these are a truly exciting set of books.I have loved to read all of David Eddings books i found it hard to put any of them down to do the housework.

I think you've got the bare bones down great, but it would be nice to have a bit more description to really feel a sense of the book. Personally, I thought the Sparhawk books were much more gripping than the Belgariad/Mallorean, maybe from putting the five-per-set down to three?
