This is about the late Bruce Lees art, Jeet Kune Do (Way of the Intercepting Fist). To many martial artists who want to take up Jeet Kune Do or just want to study the martial way, this is great book. Many first time martial artists might be bored with the many philosophical parts but when read through and through again will come to learn and master not only JKD, but also the way of life and living day by day as it happens. Tao of Jeet Kune Do is a book by Bruce Lee. Although Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is another form of martial arts developed by Bruce Lee, it is more than a sport; more like Bruce Lee's philosophy, and lifestyle he lead. History. To be able to appreciate this book, you should understand some of the history. I'm almost 17 and I barely know much about Bruce Lee. The older ones of you out there might know a bit more, and feel free to correct me.
