This is an interesting and informative book for students. I think it would be useful for anyone no matter what stage of their educational career they are at (although it isn't designed for people still at school). There are sections on choosing a course, motivation, preparing for study, using libraries, structuring your learning, time management, study techniques, essay writing skills, developing your learning skills and setting up support groups. The book is set out well and is easy to read. I have recently returned to study and have found it extremely useful.
