As I have a great and very deep interest in psychology, hypnosis and all things related I rented this book (Teach Yourself NLP), by Amanda Vickers and Steve Bavister, which is part of the Teach Yourself series, from my local library. I have read a lot of information on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in the past before and I must say that I was not expecting this much valuable information to be contained in one book.
