That Peter Kay Book: The Unauthorised Biography - Johnny Dee ... undoubtedly be Peter Kay. He is enormously successful - the DVDs of That Peter Kay Thing and Phoenix Nights were the fastest sellers of 2003 and 2004; a screening of his stand-up show Live at the Bolton Albert Hall was watched by 6.7 million and he has recently spent over two months at the top of the singles chart. It did of course occur to me that Peter is not the author of this book so, who is? … Johnny Dee … Not only has our Johnny written Peter’s biography he’s also done Steve Coogan’s. I used my best friend ...
