This book has been an absolute earth shattering break through for me. The book follows Shauna, an overweight young woman from Australia who decides she HAS TO lose weight and so starts a blog. In the first few pages I could already see a familiarity to my own life as Shauna discussed her reasons for being a larger lady, how her family had made her feel fat long before she ever was fat and how by through no fault of her own they had created a negative relationship with food.
