The Anxious Parent's Guide to Pregnancy is a not necessarily great at calming your worries or at answering all the questions that neurotic mums to be may have. Having said that, it is an excellent book and full of very informative pieces. I was leant a copy by a friend. She warned me not to worry too much about the scary bits. I read it cover to cover but over about 8 months. It was too depressing to read for long in one sitting. It did address many of my concerns and even now if there is a problem or something that worries me, I refer to this book because I know it will cover it.
