it to be revealing and life changing. We always hear that our health is the most important thing to us. It is true our health is very important but the Dalai Lama points out that our "peace of mind" is the most precious thing a human being can have. I thought about that and I realised even when we have our physical health we can be plagued with doubts and guilt. This book helps us understand this and gives lots of scenarios on how to live our lives. E.g. Having the best car on the street does not make us happy but everyone living fairly equally is the best way forward. Always rememeber we depend on others and they depend on us.
