I love the simplicity of the cover design. It is nice to see a book that is mainly aimed at the visual arts having such a striking but simple cover. There is plenty to read here, so this will keep you going if you really want to read it from cover to cover. What I found was the beauty of this book though is that I could just dip in to it whenever I felt there was a particular area I was strugging with. Considering this, one of the most useful chapters I found in the book was Processes of Study in the Arts and Humanities.
