If you're the kind of person who loves to read magazine reviews of wacky beauty treatments, this book will be right up your street. Similarly, if you're attracted to new age self help stuff and fantasise about going on one of those crazy, Californian style retreats but you want somebody else to do it first and then tell you if it's scary or not, this book is for you. Isabel Losada is our brave guinea pig, testing out several alternative therapies and them reporting back on them (hilariously.)
